I'm Paolo Sferrazza, I have a PhD in Archaeology, and, I will work as a full-time contract Researcher for the next three years with LEIZA at Monrepos Castle. I lived in the past 3 years in Halle - Saale (Sachsen-Anhalt) and I can obtain references from my last landlord. I'm a punctual, calm and tidy tenant, and I respect the spaces where I live keeping them clean. I'm searching for a house or apartment of 50-100 m2, partially or fully furnished from 1.12.2024 or 1.1.2025.

Ich bin Paolo Sferrazza, habe einen Doktortitel in Archäologie und werde die nächsten drei Jahre als Vollzeit-Vertragsforscher bei LEIZA im Schloss Monrepos arbeiten. Ich habe in den letzten 3 Jahren in Halle - Saale (Sachsen-Anhalt) gelebt und kann Referenzen von meinem letzten Vermieter einholen. Ich bin ein pünktlicher, ruhiger und ordentlicher Mieter und respektiere die Räume, in denen ich wohne, indem ich sie sauber halte. Ich suche ab dem 1.12.2024 oder 1.1.2025 ein Haus oder eine Wohnung von 50-100 m2, teil- oder vollmöbliert.
