Beautiful private apartment in a very desirable neighborhood of Brooklyn! The apartment has 1 bedroom with a full size bed, a large living room with a comfortable couch and desk beside a window, a bathroom with bathtub/shower, and a nice kitchen/dining area.
The neighborhood is called Park Slope and it is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment to Prospect Park(and the nearest subway station), which is a very large public park with a 5k running/bicycling path, a large lake, ice/roller skating rink, horseback riding, boat rentals, and many playgrounds throughout.
The apartment is fully furnished, has fast wifi, and a nice flat screen TV. All utilities are included in the rental price! I allow cats, but the landlord has a strict “no dogs allowed” policy.
The neighborhood is safe and wonderful! It is full of restaurants, supermarkets, bars, cafes, ice cream and pizza shops, laundromats, etc, all within a minutes walk from the apartment.
I can provide free bicycles to use as well!
