Couple looking for an apartment in Ile de France (Preferably Paris, Montreuil, Pantin, Vincennes)

We are a young couple who have been renting in the greater paris area for over a year. We are both self-employed university graduates with stable clients. We're looking for long-term accommodation to continue our life in France. We don't smoke, we rarely invite people over. We don't own any pets and we don't play any instruments. Currently we are working and learning french and preparing ourselves to apply to french universities next year. We are very quiet people, who like order and tidiness. We prefer to hike, read and watch movies in our free time. We would really appreciate if our future apartment would be a maximum of 40 minutes with a bike from the city center. We prefer to have a washing machine, but a dishwasher is not a necessity.
