We are a young, neat couple from Hungary, both of us are 22 years and looking for renting a flat from September 2024 to March 2025. We will spend our Erasmus semester at University Passau and would like to rent a possibly furnished and renovated flat. It does not matter how many bedrooms it has, but we do not want to share with anyone else. It would be preferable if the flat is close to the University but it is not a necessity. Our budget is less than 1000 euros/month.
(Free parking place in the neighbourhood would be a bonus point.)
