I am offering a nice, furnished apartment close to the centre of Riga, University of Latvia, Riga Technical University and with a great transport connection to the Rīgas Stradiņa University.
The apartment is fully furnished. It consists of 2 rooms - living room (with an extendable corner sofa, sofa table, dining/working table with 4 chairs and shelve units), bedroom (with a double bed and large built-in closet), kitchen (with all basic appliances, e.g., fridge, stove, oven, microwave and washing machine) and a bathroom combined with toilet.
In principle, a flatshare is possible, but, apart of the living room, it has very little common areas.
This is my own flat. I decided to rent it out as I am currently living and working in Germany. Looking for a tenant for at least 6-months or 1-year long contract.
The location is very convenient for an active work and social life in Riga. It is in 10 min walking distance from the Old Town and also 10 minutes from the University of Latvia and Riga Technical University campus. There are large parks and the River Daugava just next to the flat. Also there is a direct cycling route to the sea side and beaches from here.
Exceptional public transport access. The closest stop is about 5 min away, near the National Library of Latvia. From there you can always get direct busses and trams to the both sides of the town (Centre and Pārdaugava, where RSU and lots of interesting cafes are located).
The closest supermarkets is Rimi in the Old Town and the one in Olimpia shopping centre. Around the corner is a fitness center, and another one near Olimpia.
