Apartamento
I'm moving to Berlin for a few months in the beginning of next year, January-April (potentially longer). And I was thinking how perfect it would be to swap apartments with someone looking for a place in Stockholm. I'm preferably looking for an apartment similar to mine in Berlin but I am open to suggestions.
The studio flat is about 35 square meters and very comfortable. Everything you need is here and I would like to swap it fully furnished. There is a 120cm bed, the kitchen has a small dishwasher, the TV has a chrome cast. I like working out so there is also a pull up bar and yoga mat, oh and there is also a small gym in the basement for residents of the building. (if you're a rock climber there is a rock climbing gym 7min walk away). I will also leave my bike for you to use. By bike T-centralen (the train station) is only 15min away. There is also many busses that pass by close to the flat.
It would be nice if you like plants and would like to care for mine. Otherwise I'll just leave them at a friend's place.
