We are looking for tenants for our cozy, pleasant flat in Szeged. It has a living room, a kitchen, a diningroom and two bedrooms, ideal for two students. One of the bedrooms will be completed with a bed, a desk and a chair, and the living room will have a sofa - or in case three of you would like to rent it, we will furnish it accordingly.
The flat is renovated and fully equipped.
The additional costs are approximately 130-140 euros - common cost, gas, heating and inetrnet are fixed - 62 Euros. For the water and electricity you have to pay according to your consumption.
The flat is a 3,5 km distance from the city center.
There are excellent public transportation possibilities - the tram leaves every 10 minutes - the bus stop is 1 minute from the apartment. There are also busses and trollies going to the center - it takes about 20 minutes to get to the university by public transportation.
Right next to our flat you can find several shops and a supermarkt.
