The flat has its own entrance and parking space, so you have full privacy.

It’s very green here! There’s trees on all sides of the house, and you’ll feel very much in nature. The space is nestled in beautiful nature, with gorgeous views and no traffic noise at all. Perfect for a couple or on your own, with everything you’ll need to work, cook, and live to yourself.
25-30 minute drive into Munich.
A 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive from shops like Aldi, Edeka, Rewe and the S Bahn. S-bahn will take you to central Munich in 35 minutes.
There’s a number or beautiful wood trails starting right on the doorstep, and you’re only minutes from 5 separate lakes, easily accessible by car or bike.
You're also very close to DLR and the entire complex around it. The house is underneath the takeoff and landing zone of the Oberpfaffenhofen airport. You might hear a plane about once per hour during daytime.
Charges: everything is included in the rent.

I'm flexible on contract length, but would like to set a fixed length (at least at first). Minimum 3 months, max. 9-12 months.
