40qm Altbauwohnung zur Untermiete, vollmöbliert - all in

Ich vermiete meine schöne 40qm Altbauwohnung unter. Ich bin Nichtraucherin und habe keine Haustiere. Die Wohnung ist eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung, mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer, einer kleinen Küche und getrenntem Bad und Toilette. Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Alltag braucht (Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Fernseher etc). Das Fenster des Schlafzimmers geht in einen Hof, also ist es sehr ruhig, kühl und nicht zu hell. Generell wird die Wohnung nicht zu heiß, was in den wärmeren Monaten praktisch ist. Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig, da sie in einer Nebenstraße liegt und ich nur zu einer Seite eine direkte Nachbarin habe, die sehr leise ist.


I live in a 40qm apartment in an old residential building. I don’t smoke and I don’t own any pets. The apartment is a 2 room apartment with a living room and a bedroom, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilette. The apartment is furnished and you’ll find everything you need for your daily life (washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, TV etc).
The window in the bedroom faces another house, so it’s very quiet, cool and not too bright. In general the apartment doesn’t get too hot, which is nice during the warm months. It’s also very quiet since it’s on a side street and I only have one direct neighbor that is pretty quiet.
