Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete für März

Hallo zusammen,
ich stelle meine geliebte Wohnung hier zur Zwischenmiete ein. Die Wohnung ist verfügbar von Anfang März bis zum 04.04.2025. Die Wohnung ist voll möbeliert und liegt in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Fußgängerzone und ÖPNV sind alles jeweils fußläufig innerhalb von 5min zu erreichen. Die Küche ist mit einer Vielzahl von Küchengeräten ausgestattet und alles kann gerne benutzt werden. Ich räume die Wohnung und alle relevanten Regale frei, sodass du oder ihr euch voll ausbreiten könnt. Leider sind die Nebenkosten hier relativ hoch, die 800€ sind meine tatsächlichen monatlichen Kosten, ich versuche mich nicht an der Zwischenmiete zu bereichern. Dafür ist positiv gesehen von Highspeed-Internet bis Heizung wirklich schon alles inkludiert. Unmittelbar vor der Wohnung befindet sich ein neuer kleiner Park, bei dem man entspannen oder Boule spielen kann.

I am posting my beloved apartment here for interim rent. The apartment is available from the beginning of March until 04.04.2025. The apartment is fully furnished and is located in the city center. Shopping facilities, the pedestrian zone and public transport are all within 5 minutes walking distance. The kitchen is equipped with a variety of kitchen appliances and everything can be used. I clear the apartment and all relevant shelves so that you or you two can fully spread out. Unfortunately the utilities here are relatively high, the 800€ are my actual monthly costs, I am not trying to get rich on the interim rent. On the positive side, everything is included, from high-speed internet to heating. There is a new small park right in front of the apartment where you can relax or play boules.
