I am renting a bright furnished room in an apartment available for up to 12 months (until Dec. next year)
If anyone is looking for a place to live in Berlin mid term, I might have a suitable offer.
My current flatmate will be back in Berlin at the beginning of Sept and I can rent it until she is back. Size about 14 sqm, located in Köpenick.
The apartment is clean and is located very close to S köpenick Str. (3 minutes on foot from the tram station with tram that runs at night and 8 min from the s Bahn). It is in Köpenick, so just a couple of minute walk away are a lot of shopping centers, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Also it is close to 3 parks and beautiful wooded areas. The apartment is newly furnished, and the rooms and kitchen has mainly everything you would need.
We are looking for a temp roommate for the apartment for up to 12 months. I am an american guy (36) that has been living in Berlin for a while now. I am working in Management, for a telecommunications IT company who will not be in the aparment for those 2 months (I am only taking care of the room). The roommate staying there is a Ukrainian girl (23) who works in customer service at a car company.
Short term rental would be too much trouble for me, so I am looking for someone for at least 6-11 months.
No smokers, no pets please.
