Hey Girls,
We are looking for a new roommate for our nice Girls-WG since I am moving out
The flat is approximately 55 m², newly renovated and bright apartment. It is located in a very calm area in Pankow (10 mins walk to Pankow s+u). The highlight of the apartment is the kitchen, which is really big and fully equipped.
The room is unfurnished, but some of the furniture can be taken over. The kitchen has all necessities such as washing machine, dish washer, Coffee machine and its equipped with all the basics (Kitchen stuff, dishes etc.).
The total rent includes everything such as, Water, Heating, Green power and WLAN. It is space for a lovely person who plans to stay around longterm, want to make this flat a home and loves to live in a shared flat. Internationals are most welcome.
City Registration/Anmeldung is possible.
The apartment is pretty close to Pankow S+U station. The bus station is just 2 minutes away from the apartment. With Bus, you can reach to Pankow S+U station within 5-6 minutes and by walk it takes around 12 minutes. Within 4-5 minutes walk, you can reach to the near supermarket Lidl.
You can go to P-Berg (one of the nicest area in Berlin) within 15-20 minutes with public transport.
We are two roommates who are living in this apartment. You will be sharing the apartment with my roommate, she is working as a IT Developer and mostly works from home. She likes to workout often and do cafe hopping on weekends. She is an easy going person. In general, the building itself is really quiet so you can have a good focus on your work or studies.
We both are neat and tidy and that is why we like to keep our apartment clean and we have a rotating cleaning schedule.
My roommate is vegetarian, so it would be great if you are vegan or vegetarian. But of course, everyone is welcome to apply. It's a girls apartment and we are looking for a female roommate only.
