Your room is roughly 11m2, gets a lot of bright light, and is very cosy. It is perfect for an organized individual that can optimize a smaller space. Since this is the smallest room in the flat, the person with this room gets the separate (guest) WC for their use.
The room is in a huge apartment (by Berlin standards at least). It is 150m2 in total. This includes a fully equipped kitchen (including a lot of spices), a dining room, a living room, 2 WCs and 3 bedrooms (in total we would be 4 people). The shared space (not including your room) is over 90m2 including a beautiful balcony. In summer, the living room and balcony get glorious sunlight. In the apartment you have a lot of space to yourself and it is perfect whether you want to chill with us or have a moment to yourself in private.
We are located near U & S-Bahn Charlottenburg, Ringbahn Halensee, U-Bahn Adenauerplatz, and several buses only 6 minutes away on foot.
We’re in a peaceful yet vibrant neighborhood, near several restaurants and cafes, Lietzensee-park and 4 grocery stores (including Bio Company, Denn's, Rewe, and Edeka) in walking distance. We’re also very close to Kantstraße, known for it's incredible Asian restaurants.
A bit about us:
I am violinist who often performs internationally, which means I travel a lot for work (I use a mute to dampen the sound when practicing). I also love photography, plants (check the pictures), salsa dancing, taking fitness and dance classes, bike rides, playing video games, and watching things together on the couch.
Aneeque is an environmental economist, who can cook delicious Indian/Pakistani food, and lives part-time in Vienna. He also enjoys delicious cocktails, black and white movies, and cross-fit.
Paranjeet is a cinephile, works with bio-fuels for race cars, loves good food, and welcomes a visit to a museum or art gallery.
The three of us get along well, respect each other, and enjoy each others presence at home, even though we don't hang out much outside of the flat due to our schedules. When we hang out it is often spontaneous so we are looking for someone who doesn't mind getting know us in a less formal, structured way.
We are also looking for people that are used to living with others, meaning they are personable, considerate, respectful, flexible, neat, clean, and willing to contribute to a positive home life. Good communicators are greatly welcomed! We're all in our 30's and love to host gatherings for dinners, drinks, or game nights but this is not a party WG, nor is it a zweckWG. Since some of us travel quite often it is absolutely important for us to have a responsible and understanding flatmate. Bonus points for anyone who is good with plants or willing to get involved.

There is a probation period of 3 months to see if we're all a good fit and our lifestyles are compatible. Warm rent is a total of €736 and a deposit of around 2 months is required. Your room would be unfurnished and Anmeldung is possible.
