Lovely furnished apartment in the heart of Neukölln, surrounded by some of the best cafes, restaurants, and bars thar Berlin has to offer. The apartment has a large kitchen and dining area and a newly renovated bathroom. Located conveniently between 3 main train lines (U7, U8, Ring Bahn), all of which are a 5-7 minute walk. The room that is available for rent is a spacious 22m2 well lit room, fitted with a comfy bed and other furniture. The room will be available from the 15th of December 2024 until the 28th of February 2025 (2.5 months). The total cost per month is 650€ which covers everything (heating, Internet, water etc.)

Szenekiez Neukölln. Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche mit Esstisch und ein renoviertes Badezimmer. Wohnlage ist zentral mit guter Anbindung an die Öffis. (U7, U8 und Ringbahn
Das helle Zmmer ist 22m2 groß und mit Bett und ein paar Möbeln ausgestattet. Mietbar vom 15. Dezember 24 bis 28. Februar 25. (2,5 Monate) Die Gesamtkosten betragen 650 Euro pro Monat (Miete, Strom, Wasser etc.) Leider ist keine Anmeldung möglich. Sorry.
Ilsestraße has just become a Fahrradsraße which keeps noise traffic to a minimum. Conveniently located nearby by is Körner Park, the most beautiful in Neukölln and has a café and an art gallery, which is a must-see! Also located nearby by is Berlins best pizza shop (in my opinion) and many other great restaurants and bars.
The current housemate is a lovely man named Tom. From January, however, he will also be away for a few months, in which time his room will be rented to a female friend of his. It is a very relaxed but clean household that is full of warmth and joy 😊
