Cozy two-room flat

The location is truly convenient. A bus stop right outside the building connects you to the university clinic (7 mins) and the town center (5 mins). Just across the street lies Westpark, one of Aachen’s beautiful city parks. The Aachen Schanz train station is only a 6-minute walk away, while the central train station is easily accessible via a short 5-minute bus ride.
For shopping, several supermarkets are just a 10-minute walk away, including Kaufland, an Asian market, Aldi, Lidl, and Fressnapf (for pet supplies). If you love nature, the Aachen forest is just a 10-15 minute walk away, offering endless hiking opportunities — even into the Netherlands or Belgium! For city enthusiasts, the town center is within a 15-minute walk.
The only downside is the proximity to Vaalser Street, which can be noisy during the day. However, the windows are well-insulated, and the bedroom is located on the quieter side of the flat, ensuring peaceful nights — even with the windows open.

We’re happy to share our home with you, including all its conveniences! You’re welcome to use our vacuum cleaner, kitchen appliances (microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, etc.), Wifi, and more. The building owner provides a washing machine and dryer in the cellar for a small fee (50 cents per 50 minutes of use), so be sure to collect some coins in advance.

Please note, we have cats, so while we’ll clean thoroughly before your arrival, those with allergies should be aware there may still be some lingering cat hair. If you have pets, they are welcome too—just let us know in advance and ensure you’re transparent and responsible for any potential damage they might cause to our furniture.

Lastly, this is a non-smoking environment. We kindly ask you to respect this rule during your stay.
