We are subletting our charming two-room flat in the ever-vibrant Kreuzkölln area, located at the intersection of the Kreuzberg and Neukölln districts. The apartment is nestled between one of Berlin's largest parks, Hasenheide, and Maybachufer. The interior has an artsy vibe, featuring paintings I've collected on my travels and from friends who are artists.
The apartment is sunny and spacious, providing plenty of room for you to relax or work from home. It’s ideal for a couple or two people to share. We currently have it set up as a WG (shared apartment), with each room featuring a king-size double bed. One of the rooms also has a work desk. If you'd prefer a different setup, we can easily convert one room back into a living room.
The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and the bathroom is large and spacious as well.
Public transportation is just a 2-minute walk away at Hermannplatz, with access to the U8 and U7 lines, as well as several bus routes.
The neighborhood has a lot to offer; restaurants, art galleries, wine bars, and multiple grocery stores, as well as the Turkish market just a walk away.
We have a cleaning lady who comes once a month, but she can come twice a month if needed - it's up to you. Since she relies on this job, we would like her to come at least once a month, which is already included in the rent.
It would be absolutely lovely if you could water the plants occasionally; they are low-maintenance and won’t require much attention.
