Untermiete 2er-WG

(DE) Wir geben unsere gesamte 2er WG vom 4. März bis 4. April (evt. etwas länger) zur Untermiete frei. Aus dem anderen Zimmer zieht meine Mitbewohnerin gerade aus, weshalb es noch keine Fotos gibt, es ist jedoch 14qm groß, möbliert und sehr hell. Das andere Zimmer ist 18m (+ Balkon). Küche und Bad hat auch alles, was man braucht. Wir würden die Wohnung gerne an 2 Personen gemeinsam untervermieten, also ein Pärchen, oder zwei Freund:innen. Wenn du jedoch nur ein einzelnes Zimmer suchst, können wir auch darüber reden!
Die Lage ist super angebunden. Es gibt die S1 bei der Julius-Leber Brücke, die U7 bei Kleistpark und viele Busse. Direkt bei der Wohnung finden sich auch Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, DM etc.:)
Bevor du einziehen würdest, würde ich natürlich meine persönlichen Sachen natürlich wegräumen und dir einen Platz im Schrank zur Verfügung stellen.

(EN) We are renting out our entire 2-room flat from March 4th to April 4th (possibly a bit longer) as a sublet. My flatmate is just moving out of the other room, so there aren't any photos yet, but it is 14m², furnished, and very bright. The other room is 18m² (+ balcony). The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. We would like to sublet the flat to 2 people together, so a couple or two friends. However, if you’re only looking for a single room, we can also discuss that!
The location is very well-connected. There’s the S1 at Julius-Leber-Brücke, the U7 at Kleistpark, and many buses. Directly by the flat, there are Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, DM, etc. :) Before you move in, I’ll, of course, remove my personal belongings and provide you with space in the closet.
