3-Raum-Wohnung in München Nymphenburg - Sublet Dez-Mar 2025

Hello!

We are subletting our apartment for 2 months and a half.

The apartment is about 48 sqm, fully furnished with a bed (180x200), two office stations (perfect for home office with fast internet connection), and plenty of closets and wardrobes to store clothing. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher and also everything that one could need kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs, etc. The fridge has a freezer section with three drawers.

Outside of the apartment there is space to leave your bike and there are 3 parking spots that belong to the building and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The apartment is well located: 2 minutes to tram station (Kriemhildenstraße) from where you can be in the city centre within 16 minutes . It is 5 minutes walking to supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, hospital and the Hirschgarten park. Also walking distance to the Nymphemburg palace and the Hirschgarten S-bahn station.

We are looking for somebody to sublet the place for the entire period. It would be great if you could briefly introduce yourself when applying so that we can get an idea of who you are :)
