The apartment is partially furnished, and the new tenant will be required to take over the existing furniture and kitchen for a small fee of €600.

The flat is situated near the Talavera parking area, in a peaceful neighbourhood next to the River Main. It’s conveniently located within a 20-minute walk to both the city centre and the main train station.
