I'm looking for a new roommate as of June 15!
Your (potential) room is 20m2, fully renovated, with a private balcony that has a view on a wide street. It is partially furnished : there's a couch that you can open up and use as a double bed, as well as a large table and comfortable chair which is perfect for home-office.
It's five minutes away from the train station, Lichterfelde Ost. (12min train to Berlin Hauptbahnhof)
About me: I'm a painter, I come from Paris and speak German as well. Easy going, respectful and discreet!
My room is next to the entrance. I don't have a door, but two curtains to replace the door.
