Ansonsten ist sie in einem absolut fantastischen Zustand da sie vor Kurzem vollkommen renoviert wurde. Die Wohnung wird möbliert angeboten.

Eine Anmeldung / offizieller Untermietvertrag von der Hausverwaltung kann leider nicht angeboten werden.

I’m renting out my cozy and quiet studio flat on Boxhagener Str. 28 in Friedrichshain Berlin. The flat doesn't get too much of direct light, but it has a spacious balcony facing south/west and pleasant daylight lamps.  Otherwise, it is in absolutely fantastic condition since it has been renovated recently. The flat will be rented out fully furnished.

A registration / official sublease agreement from the landlord cannot be offered.

Please only respond if you are interested in renting the flat for the entire period from June to December. Personal belongings will be taken out.
