Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, es gibt eine Badewanne, eine Waschmaschine und schnelles Wlan. Sie ist hell, gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und liegt im 4. OG ohne Aufzug.

I´d like to sublet my cozy and bright flat to a responsible and quiet person who will be carful and respectful with my stuff.
The flat is fully equipped with everything you`ll need, there´s a bathtub, a washing machine and fast Wifi. The flat is on 4th floor without an elevator.
Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Nordufer und im Sprengelkiez hat man alles was man braucht. Viel Grün, zahlreiche Cafés, Bars, Spätis, unendliche Essensmöglichkeiten, und mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch in 10 min. am Plötzensee.
Anbindung zu den Öffis ist ebenfalls gut, U9 Amrumer Straße ist innerhalb von 5 min zu erreichen, am Westhafen (S41/S42) bist du in 10 min.
Fußläufig zu erreichen sind außerdem ein Edeka, Aldi sowie mehrere kleine Supermärkte um die U-Bahn Station.
Perfect location, directly at Nordufer and within Sprengelkiez there´s plenty of opportunities. Nature, coffe shops, bars, a lot of restaurants and Spätis and even Plötzensee is just about 10 min via bike.
Public transport is close as well (U9 5 min. and Westhafen S41/S42 10 min.) There are also a couple of grocery stores around (Edeka, Aldi and some smaller supermarkets around Amrumer Straße).
Rauchen kannst du (ausnahmslos) am offenen Küchenfenster.
Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
