Hi ich bin Jonas und suche einen Untermieter für meine möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Herzen von Köln. Da ich für drei Monate nicht in der Stadt bin, wäre die Wohnung vom 01.05. bis 28.07.2024 frei.
Die Wohnung wird voll eingerichtet vermietet. Im Mietpreis von 800 € sind Strom, Wasser, Rundfunkbeitrag und WLAN enthalten. Im Keller kann man seine Wäsche gegen eine Gebühr von 3 € waschen und trocknen. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradkeller. Zu der Wohnung gehört ebenfalls ein Autostellplatz im Innenhof. Aufgrund der Größe wird die Wohnung nur an eine Person vermietet! Sie ist ideal für Praktikanten oder Berufspendler geeignet.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Aufgrund der Größe sind auch keine Haustiere gestattet.

My name is Jonas, and I'm looking for someone to sublet my cozy and fully furnished 1-room apartment in the heart of Cologne.
I'll be out of town for three months, so the apartment will be yours from May 1st to July 28th, 2024.
The best thing about the apartment is that the rental price of 800 € includes all your basic needs, such as electricity, water, WLAN and parking space! Plus, you can use the laundry facilities in the cellar for just €3 and, there is also a safe bicycle storage room!
Please note that as the apartment is on the smaller side, it's only suitable for one person. However, if you're an intern or a commuter, it's perfect for you! Just keep in mind that smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted due to the limited space.
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Severinsviertel direkt hinter der Severinskirche. Der Chlodwigplatz und der Rhein sind jeweils fußläufig in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt vor dem Haus hält die Buslinie 106 und 132. Am Chlodwigplatz hat man Anschluss zur Straßenbahnlinie 15 und 16 sowie zur Buslinie 142.
Rewe, Aldi, dm und Alnatura liegen im Umkreis von 300m an der Severinstraße. Dort gibt es zudem viele kleine gemütliche Cafes und Restaurants. Auch lädt die Severinstraße zum Schlendern und Einkaufen ein.
The apartment is located in the heart of cologne close to the river Rhine. The area, called „Severinsviertel“, is very lively with a big variety of nice restaurants and cozy cafes. All necessary amenities as well as bus (busline 106, 132 and 142) and train stations (tram line 15 and 16) are within foot distance.
