großen Fenstern (ohne Balkon). Es befindet sich in einer
3er-WG. Die gesamte Miete kostet 300 Euro/Monat (inklusiv
Internet). Die Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung vom
Vermieter und kostet 2 Euro/Waschgang.
It is a 3-people WG. The total cost is 300 Euro/month. The room which now available is 20m^2 large, equipped with the heater and has two large windows(without balcony). The washing machine is at the place of landlord, which cost 2 Euros/each time of usage. The internet connection (Wifi) is included in the rent.
In der Nähe vom Waldkirch-Bhf, 5 Min Gehweg zum Edeka,
Stadtrainsee und einem Stadium. 20 Min Zugfahrt bis nach
Freiburg. Auf dem Marktplatz daneben gibts traditionelle
Wochenmarkt mittwochs und samstags. Ca. 15 Min Gehweg zur
Bergwanderung, wo man die Landschaft Waldkirch geniessen
kann.
Our place is near Waldkirch Bahnhof and the supermarket EDEKA is within 5 min. walking distance. Furthermore, it takes 20 min. from bahnhof Waldkirch to Freiburg. At the nearby Marktplatz the traditional market is opened on every Wednesday and Saturday. Also walking out of the flat, in 5 mins you can reach a lake(Stadtrainsee) and a stadium. Walk in 15min, you can go a bit hiking in the mountains, at which you can see the overview sceneries of Waldkirch.
Mitbewohner sind Studierende. Manchmal grillen wir
gemeinsam im Garten des Vermieters.
Flatmates here are students. We sometimes do BBQ grill in the yard of the landlord.
