Room available until end of this year in shared house

We have a room available until the end of this current year. We are 4 Irish (one girl) & one Australian man. Youngest is 20 oldest is 24. We all work in gastronomy in Frankfurt for the year. One of our house mates recently moved out which leaves us with an empty room that we would like to rent out. The house comes fully furnished washing machine + washroom, TV + sound system, WiFi, dishwasher etc. We also have a large garden in the back plus garage for storage and private parking is available. We are a social group who like to hang out together during our free time. We do not speak very good German at all. Bills are split equally amount the housemates this includes water, electricity, WiFi, oil etc. The room comes with a bed side locker a wardrobe and also if you want a bed that has been taken apart for pictures for this advertisement. The room is ready to move into immediately. Rent is 350 a month the deposit is also 350 and bills vary from month to month but are divided buy 6 so are always pretty low.
