Im looking for a next renter for my absolutely amazing single apartment in Prinz-Karl-Viertel dormitory.
The price 282€ per month already includes water/ electricity/ wifi (normally every semester i‘d receive a small refund of between 20-40€ if the usage of the whole dorm combined came out under the prepaid amount)
The apartment is fully furnished with a desk, chair, bed, wardrobe, cable TV...like shown in the photos; shower/WC, kitchenette with storage spaces are more than enough for single use!
There is a laundry room with washing machine/ dryer where u have to pay 1€ for each use; a garage to park your vehicles; a common room with table tennis,...
The location couldn’t be any better!
Supermarket (Edeka), bakery is right at your doorsteps (literally!!). Post office, doctors, bank, pharmacy and couple of different restaurants (döner, asian, italian, steaks,...) are all within 1-5mins walking distance!
Bus connections:
With bus 41 (4mins walking from the apartment to the bus stop), you can easily reach Augsburg’s city center (Königsplatz) in 6mins, or the university in 10mins.
With bus 35 (2mins walking distance), you can get to the Hochschule in 8mins/ City-Galerie (shopping center) in 10mins; or 5mins to Kaufland/ Gym (McFit)
By walking for about 12mins, you can also reach the long train connections (station: Augsburg Haunstetterstraße); where also has tram 1,2,3!
