39sqm bright apartment all to yourself in the percect location next to Boxi

Im subletting my apartment from Nov3-dec9 (earlier move in can be looked into if needed).
The flat is location in a prime location 2 minute walk to Boxhagenerplatz and conveniently located between Warschauer strasse and Ostkreuz stations. It has plenty of bars and restaurants around too.
Theres a lot of light that comes into the flat because of the large windows.
You will have a nice kitchen fully equipped with pots/plates etc.
There’s also a washing machine in the bathroom.
The bed is in an elevation with a 140x200 mattress which requires you to climb the stairs but very easy to do.
