A spacious, quiet, 1st floor, 1 room apartment for maximum 3 people.
Well equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bath and shower. Washing machine. Wifi. 5 minutes walk to the S-bahn Frankfurter Allee and U-bahn Samariterstr.
From Samariterstr U5 you can arrive in Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes.
There are lots of lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep, and late night shops.
The apartment is very quiet as it is in the back, off the main road so no traffic noise.
It is on the 1st floor so not many stairs to climb after a day of exploring Berlin or after a night out.
In the kitchen there is enough plates and cups and cutlery and pots and pans to be able to cook at home, but there are so many good local restaurants within 1-5 minutes of the apartment.
There is a free bottle of red, white or rose wine for every booking of 5 nights or more also a selection of free tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge plus some Ferrero Roche chocolates.
I can also buy fresh produce for you and put it in the fridge for your arrival like drinks and food, cheese, ham, beer, juices or anything else you should need.
Just let me know in advance.
This will need to be paid for upon arrival.
There are 3 supermarkets all within 5 minutes walk Kaisers, Rewe and Lidl. There is a bakery directly opposite and a chemist too.
A lovely Italian restaurant is opposite too they do great authentic Italian pizzas and pastas.
If you like yoga there is yoga next door too.
The cleaning fee of €20 is payable in cash + a €50 cash deposit for the key which you will need to give me when you arrive as it would cost €50 to replace it.
I will give you the €50 back upon check out.

5 minutes walk to the S-bahn Frankfurter Allee and U-bahn Samariterstr.
From Samariterstr U5 you can arrive in Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes.
The apartment is located at the back of the house so it is really quiet.
You can also walk to the tram which is just 5 minutes away.
50 euro deposit for the key.
It is my apartment and i will be there to hand over the keys and show you around and how everything works and also to do the check out too.
