Short term flat for rent in Moabit!

This flat is located in Moabit (Beusselstraße Spahn) which is very transit accessible, northwest on the ringbahn almost directly beside Wedding/ Gesundbrunnen. It's a private flat so you'll have it completely to yourself for your stay!

-The bathroom has a large new bathtub with a detachable shower head and fresh towels if you don't have your own

-The kitchen is full of anything you could need, dishes, pots, pans, blender, french press for coffee, kettle, stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, table and chairs and a big window for lots of light to enjoy your mornings

-The bedroom is very large, there's a single bed in the corner of the room which will have fresh sheets, pillows and blankets but I also have an extra queen size mattress with appropriate bedding if you're more comfortable on that. There is a large desk and computer chair, loads and loads of books to read (english. german and french). I can remove my clothes from the external closet so you can use it if needed. There is also a sitting area by the window with two large comfortable armchairs and a large couch :) The windows in the bedroom are very large and you get lots of light. It's a courtyard facing apartment so it's nice and quiet.

-I have a bicycle that I can lend you if you're interested that is kept in the courtyard

-I play music pretty much all times of the night (not super loud or anything) but I've never had any complaints, the building is quite soundproof and the neighbours are really cool

-There are a million amazing restaurants 5 minutes walking from the flat, Vietnamese, Lebanese, Turkish and this is some of the most authentic eastern food in the city, so delicious and so cheap!!! For grocery stores, there's an Aldi about 10 minutes walking, a Rewe on the corner, a Bio Company 12/13 minutes walking and lots of Turkish markets with very cheap fruits and vegetables basically everywhere.

Closing notes, the apartment is very VERY full of stuff belonging to the owner especially in the hallway (please see photos) The kitchen is pretty clear and the stuff in the bedroom is mainly kept to the bookshelves. I keep the apartment very very clean so nothing to worry about there but please do check the photos before contacting me. The flat has a lot of character :)
