Aparment with view in the park Neukölln, 13 -26 August

This appartment has all the comfort and as you can see is very beautiful. It is located on the 4th floor. There are 2 couch/beds in this big room, one turns to fully double bed (it is not in the picture but it is a very beautiful DDR-era couch) and the other one turns to a big single bed (2 persons could sleep here but not really comfortable), so 3-4 persons could sleep here. It is located on the backhouse so it is Really quiet and there is no building behind it, just a park starting with a huge tree that you will love the sound of the wind between it's leaves..
Everything in the kitchen is new, bought in 2011. there is a big table there - next to another window - enough for 6-8 persons to eat.
The toilet is also new and has a big bathhub. There is not elevator. In general the apartment is 50m².

The price is for 13-26 August ALL INCLUDED. You will not pay anything else for electricity, wifi, water etc.
There is a security deposit of 300€, that you will take back at the end of your staying.

In case that you don't already know about the Neukölln area:
This is an area full with cafes and bars, 3 shopping centers and many small shops with 2nd hand staff or handmade/fashion local designers stuff. It is an urban area, but just 10 mins away from THE park, Tempelhof.
The particular area of the apartment, Rixdorf, is an old Chech neighborhood, one of the oldest in Berlin. Many small houses that used to be farms, many hidden streets that make you believe that you are in a village and many beautiful sunny squares perfect for some relaxing moments. All these, just some meters away from Wesserstr., the street that at the moment has the most high quality bars in Berlin. Plus, the famous turkish market in the Richardplatz square, full of fresh vegetables every Wednesday and Saturday.
