Looking for a 1-Room Studio Apartment / Long-term Preferred, Short-term Possible

I’m looking for a 1-room studio apartment anywhere in Berlin. I’ve been living here for about three years and originally come from South Korea. I spent a long time near Köpenick and love the beautiful nature there, but I’m open to move to any area.

I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, don't drink alcohol and I rarely cook—just make simple salads. I’m a freelance dancer and artist, and I usually work at my studio, so I just need a quiet place where I can fully relax alone. so keeping my space clean is very important to me.

I prefer a long-term rental, but short-term could also be an option.
Anmeldung is preferred if possible.

Hallo zusammen,

ich suche ein 1-Zimmer-Studio-Apartment irgendwo in Berlin. Ich lebe seit etwa drei Jahren hier und komme ursprünglich aus Südkorea. Ich habe lange in Köpenick gewohnt und liebe die Natur dort, bin aber für alle Stadtteile offen.

Ich rauche nicht, habe keine Haustiere und koche selten – meistens mache ich nur einfache Salate. Ich bin freiberufliche Tänzerin und Künstlerin und arbeite meistens in meinem Studio. Deshalb brauche ich einfach einen ruhigen Ort, an dem ich mich alleine entspannen kann. Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig.

Ich bevorzuge eine langfristige Miete, aber eine kurzfristige Lösung wäre auch möglich. Eine Anmeldung wäre wünschenswert, wenn möglich.
