Flat with Anmeldung

This is the WHOLE price per month, including expenses and internet, etc, for an almost-whole use of my flat when I am in Canada from end of January for PhD reseearch; back in early April and I am totally open to the person staying on until end of August as I am gone again for three months from June - (I keep my own very small bedroom out of this as I need the storage and for when I return; the whole flat is actually 52m2, and I offer about 40m2), the kitchen is large with a table and wonderful daylight; the 20m2 studio room is an adapted living room with a separate bed, balcony, cozy sofa, lots of paintings and writing table, etc. Washing machine. Good internet. Quiet building mixed ages, green with trees and yet part of center-west. Excellent subway access close-by. Loads of food shops open late, close to TU, and via U3 nearby, easy to get to FU (there is a student residence on my street). Secure bike room in the front building.
