1-Room flat for student, furnished/partly-furnished, lont-term rent for a year at least.

Requirements:
Location - city center or disctricts on the way to FH Anhalt Strenzfeld campus.
Both new and historical building are suitable.
Parking lot is not a requirement. The busstop to FH Anhalt Strenzfeld in a walking distance is an advantage.
Furnished or partly furnished: a sofa/ a bed, a kitchen table with chairs, some storage system for clothes (a wardrobe, a chest of drawers or something similar). A desk is a big pluspoint.
Kitchen or at least kitchenette is requiered: fridge, stove, sink. Oven would be a great addition.
Personal bathroom - toilet, sink and a shower - is a must.
Washing machine or connection for a washing machine is a neccessity.
Both cold and hot rent optiones are considered. WiFi connection is a pluspoint.
