I am Rohan Kumar (23 years old), recently started my PhD in RUB. I am currently staying in LSI and looking for a permanent apartment. I am very quite, clean and a humble person. I am looking for an apartment where i can do the city registration. it will be great if the apartment have a balcony, where i can sit and read some stuff (not compulsory).
