Erasmus Student (Germany) looking for a temporary home in Budapest

My name is Sophia Graf, and I am a 21-year-old psychology student from Germany. I am seeking accommodation in Budapest for my upcoming semester abroad, starting in September.
I already have experience in living independently and managing a rented apartment, as I currently live on my own in my student town in Germany.
It is important to me to take good care of my living space, to keep it clean and to feel at home there for the given period of time. I am also fully financially supported through my parents for the time of my stay.

Since my semester begins on the first of September, it would be ideal if I could move in at least two to three days prior. However, I am flexible regarding the exact move-in date. I am also open to discussing any house rules or responsibilities to ensure a harmonious living environment.
