SUNNY 48sqm STUDIO FLAT with one big bedroom.The apartment is next to the Shopping street, Erzsébet square, Andrassy street and the river Danube. It's basicaly the City Center.

The flat is furnished with IKEA furniture and it has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.
You only need to bring your books, clothes and other belongings the rest will be provided :-)

Common cost is really low, the flat has its own gas, water, and electricity meters, so every usage is self-controlled, therefore costs can be kept down. An average number for utilities is between 45-60 Euros, during winter time (December-January) it can be a little bit higher because of the heating (80-90 Euros a month).

The flat is available for short term ( min. until end of January 2020) or long term.
