Flat for married couple who are international students

Me and my husband are both quite people. I am an artist and DAAD scholarship holder,and he is a sociologist. Both of our hobbies are reading and watching movies. We don’t like large gatherings so we avoid parties most of the time. But we like to have intimate get together with our friends so if there is a garden and balcony to have a BBQ that would be great.
We want to live near a park, because we often go for a run and prefer to have a nice view. It is preferable to us to live within the walking distant of Hochschule Darmstadt mediacampus.
