Studio-Apartment in St. Georgen

Hallo Miteinander!

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter für mein schönes Apartment in Freiburg Sankt Georgen.
Mietbeginn ist der 01.03.25.
Das Apartment wird vollmöbliert weitergegeben und beinhaltet eine einen Tisch, Bett, Regal, sowie eine Mikrowelle und einen Kühlschrank.
Es ist eine Kochnische vorhanden und ein seperates Bad mit Toilette und Dusche.
Das Apartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend im ersten Stock eines dreistöckigen Gebäudes.
In der Nähe ist ein Edeka und zu der nächsten Bushaltestelle (Haltestelle ‘Besanconalle’) sind es nur zwei Minuten.
Info: Die genaue Grösse des Zimmers werde ich noch ausmessen.

I am looking for a new tenant for my nice apartment in Freiburg Sankt Georgen.
The aprtment is available from 1st of March 2025.
It is fully furnished and contains a table, a bed, shelf as well as a microwave and a fridge.
There is a place to cook and a seperated bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
The apartment is located in the first floor of a three-story building in a quiet area not far from Edeka.
The next bus stop (Besanconallee) is only two minutes away.
Info: The exact square meter size of the room I will measure out these days.
