Looking for a Tenant to Take Over My Room Starting January 15th

I am urgently looking for someone to take over my room starting January 15th. I can show you the apartment, but please note that the final decision will be made by the landlord.

Requirements:

You must be a student (including PhD students).

You must be fine with the rental period and rent conditions: the lease starts on January 15th and lasts for one year.

If you are still a student after one year, you can extend the contract.


Rent Details:

Final rent, including all costs (internet and electricity): €900.

This is the current price, but it could increase slightly. I will provide an update as soon as I receive confirmation from the landlord.

A single bed

A study table

A dining table

A small kitchen with a microwave and stove

Plenty of wardrobes

A balcony


Other Amenities:

Bike parking is conveniently available in both the backyard and the garage. Additionally, there are five washing machines and three dryers located on the ground floor. They are in excellent condition and regularly maintained by the provider company to ensure smooth operation.
