Cozy1 room appartment very close to Frankfurt

Welcome to beautiful Karben, a wonderful town that has perfect access via public transport to Frankfurt!
We are a family of four, namely my wife Nicole, our 3 year old girl Ida, our 9month old Romy and me, Chris and we would like to offer you your own cozy safe space while you're staying in Frankfurt or the region in general. Before we settled here with our little baby girls, we've travelled the world a lot and we love to meet new people in general. Since we're not that mobile anymore (work, children, family) we're happy to welcome the world in our house (though we do not expect anything of you, because we perfectly know that everyone is different and has got different needs)

In our house, you'll find a seperate full furnished appartment in which you'll find your own big room (about 20m2), an own bathroom (about 8m2) as well as your own kitchen (about 10m2). Adding the hallway, this will make up almost about 50m2 in total. We've tried to make it nice, cozy and comfortable for you, so that you can easily calm down and study or work in piece.(if you happen to have ideas to improve it, it's always welcome too😉)
But if you want to access university, get to work or simply party and dive into Frankfurt's night life, you've got a quick route via line S6 to Frankfurt from station "Okarben" that lies within 2 walking minutes away from our front door.

This is what you get for 600€/month:
- Furnished appartment
- Wifi
-Tv( you can login to your Netflix or other streaming accounts)
- Heating, water, electricity
- a helping hand at any time if necessary (please not while we're sleeping ourselves...haha)
- bike
- information about the area, Frankfurt and anything that helps you to settle here for the time of your stay.( bureaucracy can be crazy in Germany, but if needed, well try our best here too)

One last, but important thing we do need to mention, though. Your appartment is actually a two room appartment but one room is our office as my wife does work from home and because of me being a teacher. So we'd need to walk 2m through your hallway to acces our office, but that's it.

We'd also be happy to get to know you a bit in advance as well as showing you a bit around via a video call. We believe that is good for you as well, since during those calls, usually questions come up on both sides while getting a first impression of your new home and renters.

Last but not least, if you like to babysit (naturally not for free!), our lovely little girls love to get to know you too, since they're really curious too;)
