My name is Sayantani, and I am currently working as a PhD student in Cancer Biology at the University Hospital of Cologne. I am looking for a cozy 1-bedroom apartment (1 BHK) for long-term rental, ideally for at least 3 years.

I am a quiet and reliable tenant who values a clean and well-maintained living space. In my free time, I enjoy painting, gardening, decorating my home, or relaxing with a good series on Netflix. I don’t smoke, drink, or party, and I prioritize a peaceful living environment.

**What I am looking for:**
- **Size:** 1 bedroom or 1 BHK
- **Budget:** Up to 700€ warm
- **Move-in date:** Immediately (my current rental period ends this month)
- **Location:** Preferably a well-connected but quiet area in Cologne

**Financial security:**
I earn 3,000€ per month and can provide all necessary documentation, including salary certificates and positive Schufa (jetzt beantragen) information.
