Hello, i'm searching a flat in Venice Beach and i hope to find it that wag. I'm a single-man and like training in a fitnessstudio. That's why i want to go to Venice. I like easy lifestyle and don't like problems. I've monthly 300 Euro (Euro because i'm from Germany) for the flat. I like it to have no caution and rent monthly. I have done that with the owner of my last flat and there where no probs. I am a pensioner and liquid. I have the license for Bus and if you have a petition for me than i can live longer in your flat.
