Das Wohnzimmer ist ca. 15,5qm groß, beinhaltet einen Kleiderschrank, einen Klapptisch für Essen und Arbeiten, einen 32'' Kabel-TV, der auch als Monitor genutzt werden kann, ein Doppelbett 140x200 und ein Ecksitzelement. Die Küche ist mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer portablen Kochplatte sowie Töpfen ausgestattet. Wohnzimmer und Flur sind mit einem schönen Laminatboden ausgestattet.

Das schöne Bad mit Dusche und WC ist ebenfalls 2018 komplett neu erstellt worden und in hellen Tönen gehalten.

Zu der Wohnung gehört ein kleiner Keller. Ein Aufzug ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Es gibt keinen Waschmaschinenanschluss in der Wohnung und keinen Waschraum im Haus.

The property is a small (25.45sqm), 2018 completely renovated and furnished business/student flat in a central location in Maxvorstadt. The living room is approx. 15.5sqm, includes a wardrobe, a folding table for eating and working, a 32'' cable TV that can also be used as a monitor, a double bed 140x200 and a corner seating unit. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge and a portable hot plate and pots. The living room and hallway have a beautiful laminate floor.

The nice bathroom with shower and toilet has also been completely renovated in 2018 and is kept in light tones.

A small cellar belongs to the flat. A lift is also available. There is no washing machine connection in the flat and no laundry room in the house.
