Hello, I am looking for a sub-tenant who is neat, tidy and respectful. A 1 room apartment is available for sublet without KVR, dates are flexible and the duration can be extended. There is a big room, a toilet, a kitchen and a balcony The apartment is fully furnished with a queen size bed, a single bed, a sofa cum bed, a big table, chairs, wardrobe, oven, microwave, toaster and all other necessary appliances. It is located on the 2nd floor and is equipped with an elevator. REWE, Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Euro Shop is on walking distance. Bus stop Margaretenplatz is just 1-2 minutes away by foot , U-Bahns Harras(5min) and Implerstrasse(7min) are very close by foot. Hauptbahnhof and Marienplatz can be reached in 15 min.

**** This place can easily accommodate 2 people . You will be sharing the room with me, however I will be out of the city in March and can visit occasionally in March.
