1-Zimmer Apartment für Studenten

Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein möbiliertes modernes Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Yugo Leonis. Das 1 Zimmer apartment plus eigenem Bad ist nur für Studenten mietbar. In der Miete von 854€ sind alle Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Gas und Internet enthalten). Zu der möbilierten Einrichtung gehört ein Bett mit Stauraum, ein großer Schrank, großer Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, kleiner Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, zwei Lampen, eine Küche mit modernem Herd , Mikrowelle, Wc und Dusche. Auch alles sichtbar auf meinen Bildern.

Das Studentenwohnheim bietet außerdem verschiedene vorzüge wie Waschmaschienen, ein Gym, Fahrradkeller, Mietbare Gruppen, Party und Gemeinschaftsräume wo man Kochen, Kickern oder Billiard spielen kann. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage und Ansprechpartner wie Hausmeister die einem jedes Problem beheben. Weitere Infomationen können auf der Webseite des Yugo Leonis gefunden werden.

Das Apartment ist ab Februar beziehbar und der Vertrag muss bis zum 6ten Januar unterschrieben sein.

I am looking for a new tenant for my furnished, modern room in the student dormitory Yugo Leonis. The 1-room apartment with a private bathroom is available for students only. The rent of €854 includes all additional costs (water, electricity, gas, and internet). The furnished apartment includes a bed with storage, a large wardrobe, a large desk with a chair, a small desk with a chair, two lamps, and a kitchen with a modern stove, microwave, toilet, and shower.
