Gemütliches möbiliertes Studentenappartment in NBG | Dürrenhof (Nur Studenten/Azubis)

Hallo,
ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon für 5 Monate (vom 1.03.2025 bis 30.7.2025) in der Nähe der Station Dürrenhof (S-Bahn). Die Wohnung ist in einem neueren Studentenwohnheim und hat eine Einbauküche und Bad, Sie ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Arbeitstisch, Stuhl, usw.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Straße Neubleiche 5 und ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten von der S Bahn Station Dürrenhof entfernt. Von dort ist der Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof in ca. 3 Minuten mit der S Bahn erreichbar.
Die Innenstadt erreicht man nach ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Bus, S Bahn oder Tram.
Die TH Fakultäten erreicht man in ca. 5-15 Minuten (Je nach Fakultät) und der Wöhrder See/Wiese ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.

I am renting out my 1-room apartment with balcony for 5 months (from 1.03.2025 to 30.7.2025) near Dürrenhof (S-Bahn). The apartment is in a student dormitory and has a fitted kitchen and bathroom. It is fully furnished with a bed, closet, desk, chair, etc.

The apartment is located on the street Neubleiche 5 and is a 5 minutes away from the S-Bahn station Dürrenhof. From there, Nuremberg Central Station can be reached in approx. 3 minutes.

The city center can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by bus, S-Bahn or tram.
The TH Georg Simon Ohm faculties can be reached in approx. 5-12 minutes (depending on the faculty) and the Wöhrder See/Wiese is also closeby.
