Need Room Urgent Basis

I am a Master's student at South Westphalia University of Applied Science. I am looking for a room with a minimum area of 12 meters square, I am willing to share the kitchen and bathroom with other people. I do not have a car or bicycle so I do not need a parking place. I am a nonsmoker and I do not drink any kind of alcohol and I do not take any kind of drugs. If the room is bigger and 2 people can do city registration, I am interested in taking the room, as one of my friends is looking for a room. I want to take the rent for a longer period. I am willing to pay 300 euro for 12 meters square excluding wifi and radio bill. If my offer for rent does not match still I would like get to notifications about the available offer.
