Hallo, da ich im April umziehe und meinen aktuellen Mietvertrag bis Ende Mai läuft, suche ich einen/eine Untermieter-in für den Zeitraum vom 17. April bis zum 25. Mai 2025.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof Stuttgart und von vielen Einkaufszentren, Restaurants und Cafés. Man kann hier alles zu Fuß erledigen.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Fernseher, Mikrowelle, Spüllmaschine, Stühle, Bürotisch…). Sie ist 29 qm groß und hat einen Abstellraum. In den Nebenkosten sind Strom, Internet, Gas, Warmwasser und Müllentsorgung enthalten.

Hello, I am moving in April and my current rental contract runs until the end of May, that’s why I am looking for a subtenant for the period from 17 April to 25 May 2025.

The flat is close to Stuttgart main station and many shopping centres, restaurants and cafés. You can do everything here on foot.

The flat is fully furnished (bed, TV, microwave, dishwasher, chairs, office table...). It is 29 square metres in size and has a storage room. The incidental costs include electricity, internet, gas, hot water and waste disposal.
