The apartment located the basement floor of a family apartment in Wannweil. It is about 20 square meters including the bathroom. There is a fitted kitchen with a midi fridge, electric stove, and a microwave (I can also leave my kettle and coffe maschine, if you want them). There is a seperate room for washing maschine/drying on the floor. Even though the house is older, the apartment was build around 3 years ago, so everything is pretty new.
Everything is close by: the Rathaus, bank, hairdresser, grocery, bus stop, cafe & restaurants are all located within 3 min of walking distance. You can also reach the train station in 10 min (or 5 if you walk fast :) ). From there, you can take the train and go to Reutlingen or Tübingen city center, which only takes two stops to either side. For shopping, you can easily walk (15 min) to to Lidl, Aldi, DM or Kaufland.
Overall, the neigboorhood consists of family houses, so everything is pretty quite and safe. People are very nice too, you can make many new friends if you go to Rathaus cafe for a drink.
The apartment is slightly different (only the placement of kitchen cardboards) from the ones in the pictures as I don't have an unfurnished version of mine. You are welcome to schedule an online or in person meeting to see how it is.
My landlord is looking for a female student as a new tenant. He speaks German and Turkish.
