Die Wohnung hat ca. 33 m2 und 3,6 m hohe Decken, original Holz Doppelfenster zu einer ruhigen Straße, original Art deco Kronleuchter, zeitgenössische Kunst, ein Queen Size Doppelbett (und / oder ein Queen Size Etagenbett), Kissen, Bettlaken, Bad (inkl. Handtücher), separates WC und Holzboden. Die Wohnung ist mit WiFi-Kube, kleinem Kühlschrank, mobile Kochplatten (inkl. Pfannen, Töpfe), Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Besteck, Grundausstattung, aber KEINE übliche Küche ausgestattet.

Das 1-Zimmer-Apartment kühlt sich im Sommer selbst ab (wegen der 1m dicken Backsteinwände), sowieso sind mobile Heizkörper und Heizventilator (neben Zentralheizung) vorhanden. Bitte behandeln Sie die Wohnung schön.

Einfacher Zugang mit Türcodes und Schlüsselbox. Alle Check-in-Anweisungen werden Ihnen vor Ihrer Ankunft in Wien übermittelt.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie in ein Wohnhaus umziehen. Die Nachbarn werden gerne ihr friedliches Leben fortsetzen, bitte respektieren Sie ihre Privatsphäre. Rauchen in der Wohnung oder an der Straße vor dem Haupteingang ist verboten, Sie können auf dem Balkon rauchen.

The beautiful building is situated close to the Parliament and City Hall in the noble Viennese district of Josefstadt, surrounded by universities, popular theatres, museums, shopping, sightseeing and Christmas markets. The building is from 1835, with thick brick walls, newly renovated and provides highest quality tap water.

The apartment has approximately 33 m2 and 3,6 m high ceilings, original wooden double windows to a quiet street, original art deco chandelier, contemporary art, a queen size double bed (and/or a queen size bunk bed), pillows, bedsheets, bathroom (incl. towels), separate WC and wooden floor. The flat is equipped with wifi cube, small fridge, mobile hotplates for cooking (incl. pans, pots), coffee machine, water kettle, dishes and cutlery, basic equipment but NO usual kitchen.

The 1-room-apartment cools down in summer itself (due to the 1m thick brick walls), anyhow mobile radiator and heating fan (in addition to central heating) are provided. Please treat the apartment nicely.

Easy access with door codes and key box. All check-in instructions will be sent to you before your arrival in Vienna.

Please note, you are moving to a residential building. The neighbours will like to continue living their peaceful lives, please respect their privacy. Smoking in the apartment or at the street in front of the main entrance is forbidden, you can smoke on the balcony.
